Video Book Review Trailers

Once you have your book reviewed, we can make a video trailer using pull quotes from our review (or any other review you’d like to use) and combine it with images from your book or related photos or video and create a 30- or 60-second video trailer for you to use in promotion.

Why create a video trailer for your book?

Video is projected to be 70% of internet content. It is a huge way to reach new readers and help them find you when searching Google or other search engines. Not only is YouTube the second largest search engine in the world, but it’s also owned by Google. So, videos in YouTube also rank higher in Google search results.

You can use your video trailer on your social media, on your website, and for SEO purposes. Upload the video to YouTube with your keywords for search, links to purchase the book on Amazon and other online stores, and your website.

Our design staff will work with you on how you want your video to look. We’ll coordinate with you on getting your book cover and any interior images you may have. If you had a book review done by us, you can tell us which pull-quotes from the review(s) you’d like to use. If you are also incorporating pull-quotes from any other review, you’ll send those to us.

We’ll hold your hand along the way. You’ll receive up to two edit sessions after the initial video is produced. Changes after that will be charged in 15-minute increments at $25/hour. After the initial draft, you either approve it or provide direction for a second edit. Once approved, we’ll either post it to the San Francisco Book Review YouTube account or provide you instructions on how to add it to your YouTube account and your Author Page on Amazon.
